Good morning 2024 NL Lightening Swim Team parents!

We are excited to kick off another great season and are so excited to see that we have so many swimmers registered this year. We have a new coach, Brendan Noll, who is a rising senior at Mount Pisgah and an instructor at Dynamo Swim School. We also have 4 other High School Assistant Coaches lined up.

We would like to have a Popsicle Meet and Greet THIS SUNDAY at the park to allow everyone to meet the coaches, ask any early questions, and get the kids excited about swim team. Please drop in this Sunday, April 28 between 5 and 6pm.

ALSO, we have so many excited swimmers this year, that we need to make a slight adjustment to the practice schedules to ensure that we don't have too many kids in the pool at any one time. The practice schedule for May will be as follows:

4:30-5:00 - 6 and under

5:00-5:30 - 7 and 8

5:30-6:00 - 9 and 10

5:45-6:30 - 11 and up*

*11&up will include dry land conditioning. Please bring tennis shoes.
