Hello all -

It's finally time for our FIRST swim meet of the season! Please see below and attached for all of the details.

• The meet will be at Tuxford, 10810 Windham Way, Alpharetta, GA. Parking is limited to the one side of the street in the neighborhood.
• When you arrive, the swimmer AND adult volunteer should BOTH check in with Kristina Milton.
• Our swimmers will be warming up starting at 4:45pm, so please plan to arrive between 4:15pm-4:30pm with their events already on their arms. See attached check in sheet for each swimmer's events and the website for a reminder of how to write them on arms
• Concessions of pizza, pasta, and snacks will be available, CASH or CARD.
• They have ~65 swimmers and we have ~50 swimmers. We are going to try to combine all the relays to make things go more quickly. Meaning Boys & Girls events sometimes will swim together. Please have kids stay in their assigned bullpens so they can be lined up when time.
• Adult job assignments are also attached. Please ensure that you work the time and spot assigned to your family so that we can keep things running smoothly for both halves of the meet.
• We WILL hold the meet in the rain. We will have to delay or cancel only in the case of lightning or strong storms. If there are changes to the time due to weather, they will be communicated by both a Swimtopia email and Remind messaging tomorrow as soon as decided.
