Hi everyone,

Thanks again to everyone who showed up last night and gave it their best despite the weather! Since we only made it through Event #8 begore the storms stopped us, we’ll be making up the rest of the meet with a virtual meet this Monday, June 16 from 5-7 PM. That means we’ll swim at our pool, the other team will swim at theirs, and we’ll combine times to determine the final result.

Monday Makeup Session & ASA Championship Interest 

To help us reset lineups for the makeup meet and plan ahead for ASA Championships, we need every family to complete this quick Google survey today. 

In the survey, you’ll confirm: 

• Swimmer and volunteer availability for the Monday, June 16 makeup meet 
• Whether your swimmer is interested in attending the ASA Championship Meet at GA Tech on Wednesday, June 26 (4:00 PM start, 2:30 PM warmup). 
  • There is a $50 fee per swimmer, and we have a few parents available to help with carpooling. 

Even if you’re unavailable for one or both, we still need a response so we don’t have to chase you down. 

We’ll run trimmed-down concessions for the Monday session with hot dogs and noodles, and we'll combine as many events as possible to keep things running quickly. 

Three Meets in 8 Days – We Need Your Declarations Now 

Yes, it’s a lot—we now have three meets in just eight days:

• Monday, June 16 – Virtual makeup meet 
• Thursday, June 19 – Home meet vs Mayfair/St Clair
• Tuesday, June 24 – Away meet at Horseshoe Bend
